ICE Resources
The Saint Anthony Area has experienced an increased Federal ICE presence in our community in 2026. It's important for employers, brick-and-mortar business owners, and community members to understand the laws and our rights.
Community group Villagers For Good compiled and shared this list of resources:
American Immigration Lawyers Association
Resources for Employers and Employees
The AILA Client Resources Committee provides brief educational flyers that outline recent changes in immigration law, provide explanations for frequently asked questions, and tackle typical immigration concerns using friendly language and visually appealing designs.
Monarca Hotline
(612) 441-2881
The Monarca Rapid Response Line is dedicated to responding to Federal enforcement activity in Minnesota. They are committed to documenting ICE activities and connecting the families of those detained with local resources, including legal aid and material support.
If ICE is actively harassing or detaining employees or patrons on your business property,
call (612) 441-2881 and Monarca will organize trained legal observers to come witness the interaction and coordinate support.
Employees Only Area
Clearly designate an area as "Staff Only." ICE cannot enter this area without a signed, judicial warrant.

Know Your Rights Cards
All people in the United States, regardless of immigration status, have certain rights and protections under the U.S. Constitution. The ILRC's red cards give examples of how people can exercise these rights. However, they do not provide individualized legal advice.
Know Your Rights Red Cards are a business-card sized reminder of rights everyone in this country has that provides practical advice on what to do if confronted by immigration enforcement. Businesses can order cards through the ILRC or print them from the free printable guide. More than 50 languages are available.
Know your Rights Solidarity Signs (English/Español)
The ILRC has prepared free, downloadable signs to help you let your local communities know that you stand with them! Tell ICE that you are prepared to defend your guests, patrons, students, patients, or clients from unlawful entry or intimidation.
