The St. Anthony Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that Jersey Mike's Subs has been selected as the Outstanding Business of the Year! They will be presented the award at the Chamber Banquet and Awards Dinner on Thursday, April 11th at Jax Cafe. Tickets can be purchased here.
St. Anthony was the first store for the brand in Minnesota. It is the #1 store in the Minnesota/Wisconsin Market and top 50 in the country!
Ben Schlotfeldt started in 2011 and Emma Schlotfeldt started in 2013 as team members, working their way up to managers and eventual partners in the store. In 2021, Ben and Emma went out on their own and bought and opened two stores in Blaine. They saved up their own money from these stores to be able to buy St. Anthony from their business partners in 2022 as their 3rd store. It was always their dream store and the one they wanted to own more than any other! They open store #6 this summer!
Emma is a 2013 SAVHS graduate and Ben graduated just down the road at Irondale.
The store has their biggest day of the year coming up. On Wednesday, March 27th they will be donating 100% of their sales to Special Olympics Minnesota! Please join them in supporting a great cause!
